Gather At The Circle. Listen. Heal
From the Heart of Ghana to the Soul of the World
In the spirit of our ancestors, I invite you into a space where stories are not just told — they are lived, sung, and remembered.
Rooted in the rhythms of Palmwine music, the wisdom of Akan philosophy, and the heart of Ghana, my work weaves together song, poetry, and spirit to honor the past, heal the present, and dream a liberated future.
This is a journey through memory, land, and soul — a circle without borders, open to all who seek connection, truth, and healing.
Welcome.
I’m Kwame Brenya — poet, performer, and proud Ghanaian rooted in AKƆM and Akan tradition. My art dances between Highlife, Hip-life, palm wine music, and the pulse of spoken word. I honor the old ways through rhythm, language, and storytelling, keeping ancestral voices alive. Brɛnya Ne Barima got a nod from Agya Koo Nimo himself — a blessing. I speak, I sing, I translate, I teach. The mission?
Keep the fire burning.
